Drawing on the wisdom of ancient cultures in an atmosphere of love and support, Goddess Life celebrates the feminine spirit, while generating empowerment and wisdom, in a very practical way, for all present.
It provides a sacred space for women to gather, celebrate, honour, share and process life together.
The program helps you to discover and affirm your life purpose, free yourself from old patterns, envision your dreams, and call on the support of other goddesses to put those dreams in motion.
Every fortnight the focus changes, however there are recurring elements such as sharing updates on commitments, challenges and accomplishments. During each session there will be group and individual activities as well as journaling time.
To help you clarify that this program is for you, we hold an 'Afternoon of Exploration' that allows you to explore the program, experience a few activities and ask questions.
How does the program work?
Each session is designed to last 2.5 hours, and there are 10 sessions, excluding the 'Afternoon of Exploration'. The group will meet every fortnight, therefore the program does require a time commitment. The time you spend with your group of goddesses is your time, and you are worth every minute.

- New Beginnings – build trust, form group values and share individual concerns.
- Season of My Life – promote deeper understanding among group members by sharing life stories.
- Calling on Purpose – identify and clearly define your purpose in life.
- Future Perfect – create a rich and expansive vision for the coming year.
- Dreams in Motion – develop goals and support systems to turn dreams into reality.
- The Mythology of Me – explore belief systems and the stories we tell ourselves that limit possibilities in life.
- The Brand of Me – define how you want to show up in the world; how you want to be perceived.
- Breaking Through Obstacles – discover ways to break through limiting beliefs.
- Courageous Conversations – with the group’s support, communicate with whom you need to speak.
- Celebrate Us – celebrate the accomplishments, changes, and break throughs resulting from your time with the group.
